In the event of a missed delivery, the item will be returned to the UK depot and redelivery will be scheduled. As all deliveries are confirmed by the customer, missing it will result in a redelivery cost. A driver will always do all they can to deliver the item and make contact with you. They will wait a few minutes, call all contact numbers given and even contact your retailer to find an alternative contact number so you do not miss your delivery. If however, you do end up missing the delivery then a charge will be applied for the redelivery of the item and the charge will be at the discretion of your retailer.
