After you've made your purchase, your order will be added to our database and be sent over to the delivery team. If you have not specified and paid for an exact delivery date then you will get a call/text from a member of the team who is organising the delivery. Your purchase will never turn up unannounced.
If you are unable to take delivery on this date allocated, this is not a problem, you just need to let the team know that you can not accept delivery on the date chosen. The team will then reorganise and offer a different delivery date.
Important! We only offer 3 delivery attempts, after this, your order will remain on our system, but your allocation for your product (if in high demand) will pass on to our waiting list and you will be allocated your product once we hear from you to confirm a new delivery date. We advise you of this because if the product is in high demand, your allocation may push your desired delivery date back much later than you planned. Our advice, always try to take delivery, even if it means a bit of disruption.
