Using the control panel you simply press the steam button to activate the steam. After activation press the 'M' button and it will show you the temperature setting. Use the up and down arrows to change to your desired temperature. Once happy, press 'M' again and it will show you the amount of time that the steam session will be. Using the up and down arrows again, select your desired time. Press the 'M' button again to complete.
