This error indicates there is no water entering the steam generator, you may also see a flashing tap symbol on the control panel which also confirms this.

• In the first instance, ensure there is a steady water supply to the steam generator - this will involve removing the water supply to the steam generator and testing there is a flow.
• Next, inspect the water inlet and ensure there is no debris blocking the inlet and the washer hasn't pinched/bent over and blocked the inlet.
• Ensure there are no kinks in the water feed pipes or any such obstruction which could cause the water flow to drop or not be present.

If all the above fail to fix the issue, then it's likely the steam generator is faulty and will need replacing. If your product is under warranty, please submit a support ticket along with your warranty number to obtain a replacement.
