When first installed Brown coloured steam or water droplets often exhaust through the steam outlet. This is oxidisation from within the generator from testing prior to dispatch. After four or five uses it clears. If this happens many months later it means your steam facility has not been in use for much of this time. Same rule applies. NOTE Always run your steam generator at least once a week, it not only prevents brown water but keeps the generator from seizing.
