If you are outside the 90 days, but within 12 months you are covered for the full 12 months regardless of registration. If however, you would like to benefit from the full extension cover offered with your product, you can purchase an extension policy cover here. This is only available in the first 12 months of receiving your new product.

I thought the warranty was automatically included?

Many times, people state that the main reason for purchasing one of our products was the benefit of a long warranty, however, just like registering for a fridge, dishwasher, or washing machine, these too give 90 days registration periods and it is the responsibility of the new owner to ensure this is done.

I purchased based on your long warranty as advertised?

If this was one of the main reasons for your purchase, then it should be noted we supply a welcome pack highlighting registration requirements as well as detailing it on the delivery note. We never hide the fact we want you to be covered, in fact, we encourage you to register for your's and our benefit. Additionally, if this was one of the main reasons for your purchase decision, then it would be assumed you would have taken the necessary steps to ensure registration was made.

Why can't the warranty be backdated? 

It isn’t a simple registration mistake where we can backdate it for you. This warranty is underwritten and is the same as requesting car insurance being backdated. It simply isn’t possible.
