Check first all hoses and connections are tight on the rear of the shower. Check it is not the water valve (taps). Check the massage jets are not leaking. Any of these items can be referred to and contained within instructions. If a part has failed just report it to Insignia Customer Service. If it is a jet, connection, etc. you will find these probably just loose or not sealed correctly.

If your shower leaks between panels, panel tray, or centre column joints, this will always be a failure to seal correctly on install. Check from the BACK where water leaks and note this. Remember where you see the leak is not always where the water spills out from. Make sure fixing screws are tight, now reseal on the OUTSIDE along the length of the entire joint. NOTE. Make sure this area is FULLY dry before attempting this as silicone will not adhere.  NEVER RESEAL ON INSIDE OF CABINS AS TOO MUCH SEALER WILL LOOK MESSY!

Common Misconceptions

On occasion despite trying to cure a leak via a joint, it has proved very difficult. It is at this point we at Insignia Products are contacted and told it is the product fault. THIS IS NEVER A PRODUCT FAULT. WHY? Because a shower or bath is made of imperious materials, water cannot leak through metal, glass, glass fibre. The fault will always lie within the build. If sealing is poor between joints sometimes there is no cure except to remove the panel clean off all silicone and replace correctly sealed. The lesson to be learnt is always BUILD THE SHOWER
AS DIRECTED IN THE FIRST INSTANCE.  To try to cure afterwards is difficult and time-consuming removing old silicone.
