Bottom door wheels not catching
In many cases, this issue can be resolved by making a small adjustment to the door wheels. Over time, it's perfectly normal for the wheels to require slight realignment due to regular use and movement.
If the bottom (spring-loaded) wheels are not engaging correctly, it is usually because the top wheels (non-spring) need to be adjusted slightly higher.
The adjustment screws are located inside each top wheel, beneath the chrome cover. Turning the screw to the left will raise the wheel, while turning it to the right will lower it.
We recommend making small adjustments and testing the door after each one until it moves smoothly and the wheels are correctly aligned.
The image below shows the location of the adjustment screw.
