My water pressure has dropped, has something on the shower failed?
The simplest of problems that cause low water pressure in the shower is a clogged shower head. Normally due to limescale, the water outlets get scaled up and the water can no longer find an escape route. Therefore, in the first instance, we recommend checking this. If you find this is the cause simply descale the defective part, or alternatively replace it with something new. It’s not uncommon for people to replace a showerhead every couple of years or so to keep it fresh and fully operational. If it’s not a showerhead that’s the cause, it could be something more in-depth. If this is the case we recommend that you carry out a full service on the cabin both internally and externally (pulling out the shower) and see if you can find the cause of the failure. It could be a leak from the valve, hose, connection, etc. Make sure you check everything thoroughly to eradicate the problem a prevent a possible leak later.
