If you turn on your Signature steam generator from the control panel and can hear the unit filling with water, but it does not begin heating, please check the following:

First, ensure that the power supply to the steam generator is switched on and active. This is the main power source connected to your generator, usually via a fused spur. Please check that the fused spur is switched on and supplying power to the unit.
